Rules for using the ARCVelle Home store

 

These Terms govern use of arcvellehome.com and purchases from ARCVelle Home. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Store use and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting login credentials. You may not interfere with store security, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the store unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Products and orders

Product availability, colors, materials, dimensions, and prices may change. Images are illustrative; screens and natural materials can produce reasonable variation. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit quantities, request verification, reject or cancel orders, correct errors, or refund unavailable items.

Ownership and third-party services

Store content, branding, text, graphics, and original presentation are owned by or licensed to ARCVelle Home and may not be reproduced without permission. The store may rely on or link to third-party services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party content outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. ARCVelle Home and POLO PULSE LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from store use or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact support@arcvellehome.com so the parties can attempt an informal resolution. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by these Terms.
