Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier records delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unassembled unless assembly was necessary to identify a defect, clean, and returned with all parts, hardware, manuals, accessories, and original packaging when reasonably possible.

How to request a return

· Email support@arcvellehome.com with your order number and reason for return.

· Include photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

· Wait for written return authorization and shipping instructions.

· Pack the item securely and use the provided prepaid label or approved carrier method.

Eligible return shipping is paid by ARCVelle Home. Unauthorized returns, refused deliveries, or items sent to an unapproved address may be delayed or ineligible for reimbursement.

Non-returnable items

· Gift cards, if offered.

· Items marked final sale before purchase.

· Customized or made-to-order items when clearly disclosed on the product page.

· Items showing misuse, alteration, avoidable damage, stains, odors, missing components, or wear beyond reasonable inspection.

Inspection and refunds

After the return is delivered, we inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

Original standard shipping is free and therefore has no separate amount to refund. Any optional expedited or special delivery charge is non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or the service was not provided.

Exchanges and cancellations

For an exchange, contact us within the return window. Availability is not guaranteed; we may process the exchange as a return and a new order. Cancellation requests are reviewed promptly but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
