Support for manufacturing defects and missing components
We aim to provide products that match the descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and functions shown on our product pages. Minor variation in wood grain, fabric weave, tone, texture, or measurements can occur because of materials, lighting, display settings, and normal production tolerances.
90-day limited warranty
Unless a product page states a longer period, ARCVelle Home warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material manufacturing defects for 90 days from delivery. The warranty applies to normal indoor residential use and requires proof of purchase.
What is not covered
· Normal wear, scratches, fading, pilling, fabric compression, or natural material variation.
· Damage from improper assembly, misuse, impact, overloading, moisture, heat, outdoor exposure, pets, commercial use, relocation, or unauthorized repair.
· Damage caused by ignoring care, anchoring, weight-limit, or safety instructions.
Our remedy may be replacement hardware or parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or refund, depending on the defect and availability. This limited warranty gives specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
