Payment Policy
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, accelerated checkout options, PayPal, or other methods enabled through Shopify. A payment method appearing on another page is not available unless it is shown at checkout for your order.
Authorization and charges
By placing an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the order total, including applicable taxes and any optional services shown before submission. We may request verification or cancel an order when payment cannot be authorized, information appears inconsistent, or fraud screening identifies elevated risk.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. If a pricing or product-information error is discovered before shipment, we may contact you for approval of the corrected order or cancel and refund the order.
Refund method
Refunds are sent only to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise. ARCVelle Home does not request card numbers, passwords, or one-time security codes by email or telephone.
